Teachers and pupils using Macmillan's Education Everywhere portal were navigating a fragmented landscape, with course resources spread across multiple platforms, each requiring separate log-ins. The content was there. Accessing it easily was the issue.
Simple, consolidated CMS management
Soak consolidated the entire library into a single, fully content-managed portal.
A bespoke CMS sits at the heart of the solution, automatically distributing multimedia assets in bulk to the correct courses based on each user's profile and subscription. What was previously a manual, error-prone process became efficient by design. At the front end, consistent iconography, clear labelling, and intuitive navigation ensure a coherent experience across hundreds of courses and programmes, regardless of the user's entry point.
