Motion and animation
Brand motion | Explainer videos | UI animation
Motion can be one of the most potent tools in a communicator's armoury. We create brand motion, animated stories and UI animations that add genuine meaning, bringing information to life in ways that static design simply cannot.

FAQs
Animation has the power to explain the complex, elevate the ordinary and make the memorable unforgettable. Every project starts with a clear idea, evolves through collaboration and ends with something worth watching.
Do you handle the full production process in-house, including scripting, storyboarding and voiceover?
Yes. From initial concept and scripting through to storyboarding, animation and post-production, everything is handled by our in-house team. We can also manage voiceover sourcing and direction, giving you a single point of contact throughout.
We already have a visual identity. Can you develop a motion language that's consistent with it?
Absolutely. We treat motion as an extension of your brand, not a departure from it. We develop motion principles rooted in your existing visual identity, ensuring consistency across every animated touchpoint.
What's the standard turnaround time for an explainer video or brand film?
It depends on complexity, length and the amount of bespoke illustration or 3D work involved. We'll always give you a realistic timeline at the outset and build in review stages to avoid surprises.
Can you produce animations optimised for different formats?
Yes. We produce final assets in all required formats and specifications, guaranteeing the work looks its best across all touchpoints.
Do you animate data and statistics, or is your motion work purely brand and narrative-focused?
Both. Data-driven animation is one of our particular strengths, sitting at the intersection of our motion and data visualisation capabilities. Bringing numbers and statistics to life through animation is something we do regularly and with considerable expertise.
At what stage of a project should we be thinking about motion?
The earlier the better. Motion that's considered from the outset tends to be more coherent and cost-effective than animation retrofitted to a finished design. That said, we're experienced with existing assets and can add motion later when the brief requires it.
