We worked closely with the Gravity team and partner agencies through a detailed strategy phase, mapping customer journeys and user flows, and testing prototypes before a single line of production code was written.

We needed a flexible, modular, fully content-managed, multimedia-rich interface designed to accommodate the distinct requirements of each venue while maintaining brand consistency. The underlying architecture was built to dovetail with Gravity's existing IT infrastructure and the numerous third-party solutions already in play. Throughout the exercise, the priority was clear: every route should naturally and efficiently lead to a booking.
