We designed and developed a new digital presence of Gravity, which underpinned the unique experience of the venues, showcased activities and events, and improved online bookings. 

Various personas ensured customer journeys were carefully mapped, tested and optimised early on, influencing our ideas and approach for the broader UI. 

Content-managed and flexible templates

The result is a fully content-managed, integrated platform packed with multimedia content, and a UI that offers clear, consistent user journeys.

Projects of this nature don't stand still, and we continue to support and work with the Gravity team to roll out new features and enhancements that improve efficiency and the overall customer experience.
