A platform for creative community

Art is most powerful when it's accessible. The Misk Art Foundation wanted a digital platform that reflected that belief. One that could nurture emerging artists, connect a growing creative community, and make the arts genuinely accessible to everyone.

The brief asked for more than a website. It called for an interconnected ecosystem: a place where artists could discover support, access education, and feel genuinely inspired to explore. The platform needed to serve multiple user types without losing its core sense of character.

Centering the artistic work

We designed a flexible graphical system and toolkit that let the artistic work have centre stage.

Site visitors will be most interested in the art showcased - therefore the look and feel of the website is vibrant enough to be engaging, whilst discreet enough not to get in the way of the artistic work.

A successful result

The platform gained traction quickly, attracting both new and established artists and broadening Misk's reach to an international level.

Workshop and event bookings increased across both online and physical formats, and the platform now serves as a lasting resource for this generation of artists and the next.
