For someone navigating the asylum system in an unfamiliar country, access to clear, accurate information isn't a luxury; it's the difference between uncertainty and safety.

Asylum Help, part of the Migrant Help organisation, needed a new website capable of delivering essential resources and guidance to asylum seekers in more than 15 languages, with a consistent, accessible experience across all devices and variations. All content had to be content managed, independently maintained (per language), and delivered at pace.

Flexible, multi-lingual CMS management

Soak designed and developed a fully responsive, multilingual platform built on a CMS specifically architected to meet the demands of the brief.

Each language variation can be managed independently while still benefiting from global updates, balancing local editorial control with site-wide consistency. Audio content is seamlessly integrated via the SoundCloud API and is accessible across all devices. Where obscure character sets presented compatibility challenges on iOS and Android, a carefully considered fallback solution ensures no user is left without access to the content they need.
