The Brief

To define and develop an online presence that inspired Community Sports Foundations 38,000 customers to quickly find and book activities suited to their specific requirements and disabilities.

Our Approach

We took a mobile-first approach when designing the core user experience, paying particular attention to the programme/activity search and online booking journey. Testing and refining prototypes with a cross-section of the community ensured an optimised user experience for all key user profiles.

To ensure a steady stream of high-quality content, the underlying bespoke CMS is intuitive and accessible; This ensures that inspirational stories, events and new initiatives can be quickly uploaded and shared with the broader CSF community without restrictions.


The new website quickly gained traction, attracting 11% more visitors and delivering a 26% increase in online bookings and course attendance.

We continue to work with the team at the Community Sports Foundation and have recently delivered the online presence for The Nest their brand new, state-of-the-art community hub.
