Designing a smarter online experience. For over 175 years, Norwich University of the Arts has been a leader in arts, design, and media education.
Following a complete rebranding, we were engaged to redevelop their website—bringing the new corporate identity to life, improving conversion for prospective students, and achieving key business objectives.
To enhance the user experience, we restructured the entire information architecture, refining key user journeys to create clearer navigation and increase engagement with the university’s diverse content.
A key goal of the project was improving the ease of use of the CMS by developing a new series of templates aligned with the digital brand. These templates streamline content updates and ensure a consistent and effective experience for priority audiences.
Beyond showcasing the university’s courses, the website also features lifestyle content to help prospective students envision life in Norwich. This includes an accommodation finder and a student fees and funding calculator, offering essential resources for applicants.
To ensure long-term consistency across multiple digital channels, we developed a separate design system with reusable components, guidelines, and tools. This system enables Norwich University of the Arts to maintain a strong and cohesive digital identity across all platforms.
Through this redevelopment, we’ve helped the university create an engaging, user-friendly, and future-proofed website that supports both recruitment and brand storytelling.
