Property Data are the leading data resource for UK property investors. The subscription-based service gives users access to an array of advanced data analytics and research tools that help make more insightful and profitable investments.
Our brief was to reimagine the brand and improve the user experience and presentation of data both before and after subscription.
We initially worked on developing the brand as it would influence how we structured and presented data within the website and, at a less granular level, a range of supporting communications.
The new brand included comprehensive data-vis guidelines and unpinned all new marketing collateral, including; press, tube, online ads and email.
The website UI was restructured and prototyped, delivering an expanded range of taxonomies that enabled us to provide users with clearer messaging and more accessible and informative data views across all touchpoints.
We successfully deployed the new brand across the new website and campaign materials, increasing awareness, engagement and, more importantly, subscriptions.
The online experience is more intuitive, and the underlying data, charts and visualisations are now more accessible and beautifully presented, leading to positive feedback from new and existing customers.
