We have been working closely with their team to evolve, design and develop a new data-driven strategy and data dashboard that provides forensic-level analysis of customer activity before, during and after a game or event.
The focal point of the activity is a bespoke data dashboard, designed and developed from the ground up and tailored to the business’s particular and unique requirements.
Being able to compare a wealth of live data points and identify and track patterns and trends ensures Tappit and their clients can make more informed, strategic decisions to increase sales and improve the customer experience on numerous levels.
Users can build their reports using a simple drag-and-drop interface, and the flexibility of the underlying architecture ensures it is straightforward to integrate with event/hospitality industry software and APIs.
We continue to work with the team at Tappit to integrate more nuanced data views that deliver an accurate 360º view of each customer, enabling venues to offer a more relevant experience based on each individual’s characteristics and behaviour patterns.
