Tappit is the global payment and data ecosystem for; events, stadiums and venues, providing unique end-to-end solutions including cashless payments, white-label payment apps, RFID and event analytics.

We've been working closely with their team to evolve, design and develop a new data-driven strategy and client dashboard that provides forensic level analysis of customer activity before, during and after a game or event.

Being able to analyse and compare a wealth of live data points and trends ensures that Tappit and their clients can make more informed, strategic decisions that will increase sales and improve the customer experience on numerous levels.

After an internal launch, we're continuing to work with the team at Tappit to integrate more nuanced data views that deliver a true, 360º view of each customer. This will enable teams and venues to offer a more relevant and personalised experience based on the characteristics and behaviour patterns of each individual.
