The stakes were high – the team who completed the most laps were to be crowned CSF Endurance Race Champions 2018. Most importantly though, participating would support#buildthenest fundraising campaign – a new initiative started by Community Sports Foundation to build a new multi-purpose community facility in Horsford
We were delighted to discover Soak won the silent auction for pole position and contributed to the total of over £3,100 that was raised during the inaugural race. To make things even better, it was announced by the event host, a former F1 presenter, Jake Humphrey.
We were excited to start #1 and satisfied by not coming in last... We fell in love with the initiative and had the best time.
