It’s lights out and away we go

On Saturday 24th of March at Ellough Park Raceway, a team of our finest racers had the pleasure of joining our client’s inaugural CSF Endurance Go-Kart Race sponsored by People with Energy.

The stakes were high – the team who completed the most laps were to be crowned CSF Endurance Race Champions 2018. Most importantly though, participating would support#buildthenest fundraising campaign – a new initiative started by Community Sports Foundation to build a new multi-purpose community facility in Horsford

We were delighted to discover SOAK won the silent auction for pole position and contributed to the total of over £3,100 that was raised during the inaugural race. To make things even better, it was announced by the event host, a former F1 presenter, Jake Humphrey.

We were excited to start #1 and satisfied by not coming in last... We fell in love with the initiative and had the best time.

Sounds interesting? NEST and CSF are looking for the event to become annual, so look out for new dates on their website. See you on track next year!
