We have been working with Games Workshop on a number of projects which have seen the company’s key brands transition to a new ecommerce platform.
Working closely with Games Workshop’s internal team and other 3rd party agencies, we undertook a detailed review of existing customer activity. This allowed us to produce a series of interactive prototypes that helped test and refine key user paths across the site/s and the checkout process (in isolation).
A fully responsive design ensured continuity across all devices, with each individual HTML template / asset being extensively tested, prior to integration with Oracle’s ATG Web Commerce platform.
The final feature rich website encourages Games Workshop customers to explore the entire product range. The product detail pages highlight the intricate detail of each model and present relevant cross selling opportunities, helping increase conversion and repeat purchase.
