We helped the team at CRF define their digital strategy, ultimately delivering a new web platform that is the fulcrum of their corporate membership experience.
CRF have a high volume of corporate members who access their research, resources, tools and events on a daily basis. A large portion of the content is dynamic and accessed via a variety of membership profiles, so it was important that the underlying CMS allowed 1000s of multimedia resources to be categorised, managed and distributed as efficiently as possible.
As part of the development we also facilitated the seamless transition of existing user records and a large volume of existing content across to the new platform. This meant no data was lost and users could access their saved resources from launch.
A host of new features including; eCommerce, ECRM and Event Bookings has seen new memberships flourish, direct traffic up 15.8% and average user sessions increase by over 50%.
