The team at CSF asked us to develop a completely new, multi-site platform which showcased the charities exceptional community work and allowed a varied customer base to easily find and book activities suited to their specific needs.

We found that the vast majority of visitors were accessing the site on mobile devices so we took a mobile first approach when planning the User Experience (UX) – paying special attention to the programme search and booking process.

Content management is intuitive and accessible for all editors, ensuring that inspirational stories can be quickly uploaded and shared with the wider CSF community and potential new customers.

Since its launch in July 17 the new website has revived some very positive feedback and has delivered an immediate increase in online bookings.

Run Norwich is due to launch on the same platform in October 17 so watch this space!
