A key requirement was to make the management and distribution of content as simple as possible, ensuring members received relevant information & resources based on the areas of interest specified in their membership profile.
Our team also ensured the seamless transition of 1000’s of existing user records and a large volume legacy content into the new platform and ECRM.
This meant no data was lost and users could access their profiles and saved resources from launch.
A fully responsive design and host of new features, including the monetisation of key content, webinars and event bookings has seen membership steadily increase.
Direct traffic has risen by over 16% and average user sessions have increased by over 55% and we continue to work with the CRF team on new enhancements!
