The Brief

Following their purchase of Evander, VPS Group asked to help them develop their digital strategy, which incorporated the redesign and development of a new customer-facing website, VPS 24/7.

Our Approach

To gain a holistic view of the business, we interviewed a wide range of employees and existing customers. This research influenced a series of users personas/journeys that we used to evolve the overall UI and define the user experience across different product types and devices.

The new platform was developed from the ground up and links seamlessly with the existing business infrastructure and new third-party software services.

Results

The bespoke CMS (designed around the structure of the business) makes both product and lead management as efficient as possible and has reduced management overheads considerably. The success of the website led to us working on the redesign and development of VPS groups property management and tracking portal.
