Membership Experience Platform

We helped the team at CRF define their new digital strategy, ultimately delivering a new web platform and ECRM that has become the fulcrum of their corporate membership experience.

CRF has hundreds of blue-chip companies accessing their research, resources, tools and booking events on a daily basis. The primary requirement of the new platform was to create a more immersive and useful membership experience.

Central to this strategy was to make the management and distribution of content as efficient as possible and ensure that members received targeted, relevant information based on their personal profile.

The new, bespoke platform has a host of new features, including the monetisation of paywalled content, webinars and event bookings.

Direct traffic has risen by over 18%, and user engagement has increased by 55%, resulting in an impressive increase in new members.
