We helped Suffolk brewer Adnams develop their digital strategy, culminating in the redesign and development of their corporate website.
The primary focus of the new website was to raise the prominence and awareness of Adnams' entire product portfolio. Increasing interaction and enabling customers to quickly navigate to their areas of interest through a series of clearly defined user journeys.
We also introduced the sympathetic integration of relevant social media channels, helping to stimulate dialogue, improve customer service and encourage plenty of repeat visits.
Immediately after launch, the site had a significant increase in traffic, with customers keen to give their opinion on the latest brews!
Online sales and hotel bookings have increased significantly helping Adnams win the award for ‘Best Online Performance' at last year's Eastern Daily Press (EDP) business awards.
